This position is in the Women's Bureau, Office of Information and Support Services (OISS).  The incumbent plans and directs a wide-range of administrative and management services within the Women's Bureau to ensure the thorough effective management of resources; ensures that the Bureau remains a viable and efficient organization responsive to the changing policy and program needs of the Bureau.  The office is responsible for providing support to the office of the Director, National Office and Field Coordinators; and Regional Staff on a wide range of administrative and management matters and services related to personnel management, budgetary/fiscal planning, program/management analysis, improvement programs, records management, controlled correspondence functions, procurement, travel, and general administrative services.
